[Artie's Clocks]

I always come back to this animation every now and then whenever I'm in the mood to giggle at something. Because this crap still gets me to snort every time I watch it, and I honestly have no idea why. I wish I knew what was used to make Artie's voice. I've been trying to figure that out for awhile now.
Update: Thank you so much for the reply! I've actually been using FL a lot recently, so it's nice to know that the voice is easily accessible to me! I totally forgot the software had a TTS feature.

I wish i knew that too....
(i used Fl Studio's TTS, which was then edited in Vegas to have proper timings and more natural speech)
